Literally the best agent there is. She was always on call, always able to be reached, always called and text back right away. It felt like she really knew us and what we were looking for. She was very patient, kind, humble, honest. She also knows the area so well! She picks up on so much and just a plethora of information and knowledge. I was blown away. Id most certainly recommend her to anyone, she helped us find our forever home and we will forever be grateful for her. Just love her to pieces. Her energy is just incredible, she was great. Everyone should hire her as their agent, they wouldnt be disappointed.

Was a pleasure working with Jamhur! He did an amazing job negotiating on our behalf and was able to get the seller to cover half of our closing costs which came out to $14k! Thank you, Jamhur, for all your hard work, dedication, and support throughout the entire process. The transaction was seamless from beginning to end, and he was always there whenever we needed him, which i believe it is very important too Its always a pleasure working with this guy. If youre looking for someone who will truly negotiate for you and work hard to get you the best deal, I highly recommend Jamhur!

Monica helped us purchase our home in Yardley, PA. Was very responsive, answered our many questions, showed us multiple homes, extremely experienced. Monica even helped us notice flaws/damages in certain homes instead of just trying to make a sale. Very trustworthy person. Thanks!

Working with Monica was great! I took all of her advice and my house was under contract after 2 days on the market. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all the practices and procedures. She made the buying & selling process less stressful. Her and her office stayed on top of all aspects of every transaction. I highly recommend Monica!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jamhur Davronov to buy a house, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Jamhur was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was able to find properties that matched my needs and budget perfectly. He was always available to answer any questions I had and was incredibly responsive throughout the buying process. Jamhur was also very patient and never pressured me to make a decision, which I really appreciated. Thanks to Jamhur's hard work and expertise, I was able to find and purchase my dream home quickly and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jamhur Davronov to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
