Whenever I see five-star reviews I always sarcastically think "yeah, right." Not this time. Five stars across the board and my wife and I would give her even more stars. Local Knowledge: Kim Ruhl was spot on. Her understanding of the area and the housing market completely informed our listing decision. Process Expertise: Stone cold perfect, Kim walked us through what was coming, what was still needed, and what to expect. Responsiveness: Off the charts, this is a real communicator. Negotiation Skills: Firm, but never overbearing. This made the closing process the simplest part. Kim's recommendations where a huge help to us. Ten out of 5 stars. If youre buying or selling a house, this is who you want. I will never again buy or sell in the area without Kim. Kim is a house whisperer, and amazing person! She walked us aEUR" as first-time sellers aEUR" through the house selling process from start to close. Todd (quickly!) created state of the art marketing for it, to include a custom website with professional photographs of the house, a 3D model, and virtual staging. She accurately estimated the value of our home and helped determine the listing price -ultimately appraising at asking price. They had an immediate sense of the selling points of our home and how best to market the home, and the materials were impressive. (So good that we briefly questioned our decision to sell!) While under contract, we hit some unforeseeable roadblocks that threatened to derail the sale and set us back financially. Kim went above and beyond (thats an understatement) to help us resolve these roadblocks. She kept the sale on track despite unprecedented challenges with a belligerent, uncommunicative, and uncooperative contractor. Kim is communicative, proactive, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. With anyone less experienced or less dedicated, our house sale would have fallen through. Her positive, forward-moving, tenacious attitude saved our house sale and saved us untold time, stress, and money.
