First let me say that in my 20 year military career I have had to buy and sell houses almost every two years, and not one agent was even close to comparable with Jon. I owned my house in Morgan City for 15 years and tried to sell it with four different agents in town. It was a solid house, but in need of updating and I was stationed outside of Louisiana and couldnt be there to get anything done. Each agent I hired stuck a sign in the ground and did nothing else. I figured there wasnt a decent agent in the entire city and Id have to wait for retirement to sell it myself. Then I called Jon, and I have to say I have never met anyone in real estate who works harder. I immediately liked his can do attitude, his local knowledge, his contacts in the community of plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, all the essential personnel, so I signed with him to sell my house in Morgan City. Most agents energy seems to disappear when the ink is dry but Jon was the opposite. His commitment and enthusiasm only increased through the 7 month process. Additionally, this was a difficult situation as I went overseas the day after I listed with him. So he took complete responsibility for every aspect of the sale, from standing in line at city hall to get the electric paid (multiple times), getting the taxes sorted, supervising an extensive renovation with carpenters, painters, etc, and even doing a lot of the necessary work himself- fixing soffit, touching up paint, making endless runs to the hardware store, even mowing the lawn when the landscaper caught covid. He did it all, and unbelievably, always with a positive attitude!Thanks to his work I had multiple offers. A few of the offers fell through as the buyers agents had not done their due diligence with respect to financing. Jon again worked tirelessly to find the right buyers with a solid offer. I recommend you look no further the Jon, for buying or selling your home. There is not a harder working, more knowledgeable, more compassionate, more connected person in the business. Jon went so far over my expectations that I gave him a bonus at closing. I'm a tough person to impress, and in my opinion Jon deserves way more than five stars.
