After looking through agent profiles, I decided to contact Matt for his help in buying a new home. I was really impressed by his profile and the fact that he donates a portion of his proceeds to charity, so I immediately sent him a message. Matt got back to me promptly and I was knew my decision to go with him for my purchase was sound. During the process, Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the time, it was hard to remember that this was his job - his interactions with me felt more like a personal connection than a business arrangement. He answered all of my questions, including the ones I didnt know I had! He offered honest and open advice and was quick to respond to any concerns. Matt also negotiated a great deal for me on the home I eventually purchased. If I ever needed to purchase another home again, he would be the first person I contacted. I highly recommend Matt. He is professional while treating you like a friend, honest about the value of the property and the offers, and has a wide berth of knowledge.

During the spring of 2021 we decided to move to Missouri from Idaho. We lived in Cape Girardeau, and although it was a lovely town we wanted to be closer to family in Iowa and Kansas. We found Matt through one of his listings. All of us knew this would be a long distance purchase, we knew there would be trips back and forth to the Columbia area. Matt was faithful over the summer to send listings in our price range. Over the summer we made 3 trips to Columbia. Each time Matt spent time with us looking at homes, guiding us in our search for the right home. We were a bit hesitant to do a long distance real estate purchase, but heearned our trust immediately. After the 3rd trip we decided on a home in Hallsville. Matt's attention to detail in our offer, counter offer and beyond was impeccable. Buying a home at any age is a huge decision, financially and emotionally. Matt couldn't have done a better job with communication and getting the job done right.
