John Boey is a master at his craft and a true professional. With all the ups and downs of selling and buying a new home, he always made us feel relaxed. We were not interested in selling our home but renting it and he took one look and quoted us on the sale of our home and we were in complete shock. He is the only realtor evere with whom we were completely 100 percent convinced could do the job. Sure enough, everything went exactly as he predicted. There were alot of times that were tough and we got nervous but as soon as we spoke to John, we were relaxed again. John Boey was so good at his job, he even had answers for us regarding all aspects of buying and selling when other professionals were not available (i.e., attorneys, bank, etc.). He was always right too. He really knows the ins and outs of this profession. Not to mention, he is one of the nicest people we have ever met. In the toughest moments, he always found a way to make us laugh. We highly, highly recommend John Boey to anyone who is even remotely interested in selling or renting or buying any real estate. He will be the best one to help guide you through you decision. I recall, he was the only realtor we ever spoke to, in all the years of us trying to sell our home, that never pushed us. In fact he walked away the first day and said call me in about one month if you decide to sell. We called him a couple days later because we didn't want to lose him. Also, John always made us feel like we were his only client. He would pick up the phone immediately. He would call back immediately. He was never late to anything. He would have an open house on a moments notice if necessary. He was always one step ahead of the game at all times. He drove an hour on a moments notice to look at houses at the spur of the moment if I suddenly decided I liked something. Yet, he is extremely busy in his company but never made us feel he was too busy for us. Like I said, a true professional who made the experience of buying and selling a pleasure for us. We will not hesitate to call him for our next endeavor in real estate.
