Working with Janeth was wonderful! I've known her for several years, and having an experienced, trustworthy, and knowledgeable friend as my agent was a fantastic experience! Working with her and Ed gave me so much comfort, because I knew they had my back and that I could trust them. Their observations, advice, upbeat attitudes, and integrity really helped with the stress of buying a house. I highly recommend Janeth, who was extremely helpful with advice on the offer and repairs and got the ball rolling to resolve a legal issue that occurred after the sale, caused by a mortgage company's not being timely in filing paperwork. Janeth is efficient and determined, and anyone would very pleased to have her as an agent!
