Chris was so helpful with the process of selling my home and buying my new home. Having been in the same home for over 30 years, he was sensitive to the emotional part of the process. If I were to ever move again, (not in the plans.)Chris would be the first phone call Id make

Our story, my wife and I, may be a little different than most people. We have lived in California for over 70 years, and now with our daughter married here in MA and a brand new grandbaby, we felt it was time to move. So, we have just got done dealing with 2 realtors, one in CA (selling our home), and one in MA (buying a new home). I think we have learned quickly and discovered what "bad" is and what "great" is. We started selling our CA house back in June and it wasn't until the end of Nov. that it closed. We started looking for a home in Oct. and we have recently closed on the sale. We are witnesses of what shouldn't be done: make worthless promises, avoid any extra house attention, and sit back waiting for something to happen. This is different from paying attention to detail, working diligently to locate possible options, explaining in detail what each opportunity means for us, and most important of all, REALLY CARING FOR A SUCCESSFUL outcome. I could write pages on the frustrations and disappointments our "guy" in CA provided us vs. the excitement and joy and insight our "lady" in MA delivered to us. Keep in mind, my wife and I have zero knowledge of the housing and living conditions in MA. We can't even spell it let alone know anything about it. The bottom line, if you are seriously interested in having a caring partner in your search for a new home, you can do no better than asking Roberta for help. She is helpful, trustful, and occaisonally funny. Without a doubt, she is GREAT!!!

Roberta was amazing, she was very accommodating and fast to respond to all of our questions. The place was exactly how described and photoed, and she offered so much information about the area. I would highly recommend!
