We have just sold our home in Glendale, Arizona with the professional assistance of Clayton Coombs of CCFox Realty. If we could, we would give Clayton more than 5 stars!!! From the beginning, his marketing style and techniques were noted and once in action blew us away. He listed our home on a Friday, and within the week, we were officially under contract for full asking price! We fully believe that it was his approach that expediated our sale faster than we ever imagined, as this was our second time on the market.
