We really had a great experience using Alan to find our first home! He was very helpful and knowledgable from start to finish - specifically in regards to specific neighborhood information and potential renovation knowledge. He also guided us in the negotiation process and was able to get greater than 10% below the ask price in a sellers market. Definitely recommend!

Alan showed us many properties until we found the one we purchased. Alan was on-time, knowledgeable, prepared, patient, available, and thorough!! His follow-up was prompt when we had a question or concern.

As first-time sellers, we especially appreciated Alans guidance through the process, his expertise in negotiations, and his deep knowledge of the local market.

We had a fantastic experience with Alan. Purchasing a home at the best of times can be exciting, but is also stressful and involves a lot of hurdle jumping. Throw in a pandemic and you have yourself a true anxiety storm! Through the entire process Alan was always a source of calm and expertise. He was always ready with resources, thoughtful input and perspective. He is very responsive and his team was helpful and kind at every step. We are so grateful for all of his help and highly recommend him.

We worked with Alan over a period of several years to sell our previous home and purchase a new one. Alan was extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market, and offered excellent suggestions as we considered various options. He was consistently prompt, personable and responsive. Highly recommended.
