CB APEX REALTORS, LLC

Very professional. We have used her for 4 times for buying and selling. She keeps in contact during all transactions. Flexible and available as needed.

We've sold three houses and purchased one with Tracie and each time she has done her job to the fullest. She's knowledgeable about the area and local builders and is always a text/call away. We love her!

We had a wonderful experience with Tracie! She handled the most difficult situation (and us) with wonderful grace and negotiation skills. Our seller passed away the night before we were to sign papers. We were packed, ready to move, and HAD to be out of our house, which had sold. We ended up renting the new property for two months until the will was probated. She made all the necessary paperwork changes and all the processes involved go smoothly. We are very grateful!

We've used Tracie to buy and sell our home. We will use her again when we are ready to buy our second home. Our experience with Tracie couldn't have been any better. She is patient, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. She makes the home buying process easier!
