Cavins Realty Group

Sandra is the best. When she list your house, get ready to move. She is there for you all the way. She also takes the best pictures.( I believe that is why our house sold so fast)

We highly recommend Sandra Fritchie with Flora Mid South Realty and the Fritchie Forever Homes Team group. Sandra is professional, knowledgeable, patient and communicates well. Sandra will walk with you every step of the way during your home buying (or selling, but in our case, buying) experience. We are so glad we had Sandra assisting us through this home buying process.

We were very impressed with Sandra. If you are looking for a good real-estate agent look no further. She is very knowledgeable and is eager to work for you. She will keep you informed daily on how the sell is going. You won't find a better agent.

Sandra was a great help finding our new home. She was very responsive and knew the area. We are coming from out of state so she filled us in on the area. She treated us like family with tips and suggestions
