We recently started working with Jason, after working with other agents prior. Right away we noticed a difference, his ability to locate properties, on and off market set him apart. His knowledge in the real estate investment world let us know we were in good hands, and put us at ease. He made sure to get us into properties fast, so we didn't miss an opportunity. Jason is so accessible by Phone, email or text he always responds quickly. During the transaction we always knew what was going on. He was able to link us up with a non traditional financing option, that was geared towards house rehabbing, and even allowed us to roll our construction cost into it!!!!!! Along the way we did run into a few snags, but Jason went above and beyond and handled everything, even things that Weren't part of his job description. He assured us it wouldGet closed, and everything be fine. Boy did he deliver. His attention to detail definitely stood out, and proved to be an asset to our Deal. We have officially closed, and all thanks to him going the extra mile. If you have anything real estate related this is your guy, and the only call to make !!!!!!!!
