We were skeptical in the beginning, based on him being a smaller company, but his access to resources, and persistence to get things done is unmatched. Small company with Big results. His listing presentation was amazing, and he was able to capture our home in a way i feel others couldn't have. I have never seen someone do what was needed to get interior photos as he did. The property was displayed perfectly for online viewing, and represented as if you were physically at the home. Throughout the entire process he was so transparent, and advised us on each offer, so that we made no mistakes. We received multiple offers just as he assured we would, and helped us to navigate which one would be in our best interest, and would have minimal setbacks to actually close on time. The home sold for top dollar, in an area we were told by others, could be hard to obtain. Even through the National CoronaVirus epidemic, he delivered and got this deal closed. We will never use anyone but him, without his efforts, I don't think this deal would've closed, after some of the hurdles that transpired later on that were out of his control. If you want someone with great attention to detail, and someone that delivers what they promise this is your broker and company of choice.
