Cascade Hasson Sothebys International Realty

Dean was great through the entire process, we had some decisions to navigate and I never felt pressure to go a certain way. I felt in control yet supported, and that he truly cared about forming a friendship. He was a nice combination of very knowledgeable yet relaxed. I would definitely recommend him!

I had a great experience using Dean as my realtor selling my house. He is approachable as well as knowledgeable throughout the process.

I had a great experience working with Dean Kure to purchase my home in Medford, Oregon. As someone who had recently moved to the Rogue Valley, I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted to settle. We toured homes in Medford, Talent, Phoenix, and Ashland for several months, and Dean had insights and foresight for every location we went to. He was genuinely committed to finding my perfect home and always listened to my likes and concerns. When it came time to negotiate and ultimately purchase my home, Dean was calm, professional, communicative, solution oriented, and always available. I appreciated his patience, market analysis, and would highly recommend him as someone who knows the area extremely well. After we found my perfect home, Dean continued to support my efforts by helping with a list of smaller projects, connecting me with his network of local vendors, and following up with everyone along the way. Every vendor has been professional, affordable, and great to work with, and it made such a difference in getting set up safely and quickly. I would absolutely recommend Dean Kure to anyone looking to buy a home in or around the Rogue Valley.

Superb service, well connected Dean worked with me on my first home purchase. The details he gave throughout the process were exceptionally useful. I would recommend him to anyone I know and plan to use his services again.

Dean did a fantastic job, very thorough, great to work with!
