Cascade Sotheby's International Realty

I interviewed several area realtors and know a few more personally. I did not know Sarah nor was I referred to her. From the start, Sarah understood what my home offered, better than anybody else. She also clearly knew the market and each segment of it better. He recommendations on every single detail of the process were spot-on. She handled all the details with thoughtfulness and kindness. I told Sarah after a week or two...I'm just going to do what you suggest. And it worked. Perfectly.

We were very pleased with our experience with Jim and Kayla. They were professional and brought outstanding knowledge and expertise. Our condo sold within a week during a flat market. Highly recommend

We felt so relieved to work with Sarah Jane Bardy as we recently sold our home. Sarah is professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and sincere. She was always available when needed, explained the process in easy to understand terms, and promptly kept us informed on what we could expect next. Sarah helped us price our home perfectly for the market conditions which resulted in multiple offers, and it sold above asking in less than a week! Even during Covid, a snowstorm, and the holidays, Sarah worked to keep things seamless for us. She was encouraging, dependable, and kept us smiling during what can be a stressful time. We couldnt have done it without her!

Sarah Jane held this novice home buyer's hand, with patience and caring, through the entire process from looking at many, many homes to the final inspection and paperwork. She was supportive, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I appreciate her positive and energetic attitude and her depth of knowledge of the area neighborhoods and history. And I love my house! She's a great realtor and I highly recommend her.

Informed, responsive and ethical. If additional detail is requested, Sarah Jane readily offers to do the research and quickly provides the info. Sarah Jane is definitely full-service.
