Casablanca Heritage

We are very happy we decided to have Susie as our realtor. She was always reliable, communicative, easy to talk to and supportive. She was with us through every step and assured we were getting the best deal and customer service from the builder. When there were hiccups throughout the process, she went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible for us. She took the time to understand what we wanted and needed from a home and location, and she made sure to check off everything on our must have list. We highly recommend her and will definitely send family and friends her way. Once again, if you are looking for a realtor that will be reliable... allow her to help you! Thank you Susie for the amazing customer service!

I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely amazing Susie Mendoza is as a realtor! Right from the start, she demonstrated incredible support and knowledge. As a first-time seller, I was quite apprehensive about the entire process, but Susie guided me every step of the way with unwavering patience and exceptional communication skills. One aspect that particularly stood out was her proactive approach during the inspection phase. It can be incredibly stressful to coordinate different technicians and address discrepancies, but Susie took charge and swiftly handled all the logistics. Her quick thinking and expertise not only alleviated my stress but also ensured that we reached the finish line smoothly. I am immensely grateful to Susie for her dedication and professionalism throughout the entire selling process. Her guidance was invaluable, and I wouldn't change a single thing about my experience. Lastly, I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mrs. Sylvia, who was a great support alongside Susie. Together, they formed a fantastic team that provided exceptional service. Thank you, Susie and Mrs. Sylvia, for making this journey a positive and successful one for my family and me!
