We had an outstanding experience working with Nick at Casa Ott during both the sale of our condo and the search for a rental home for our family. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, and dedication. Selling a property and relocating at the same time can be stressful, but he guided us through every step with patience and confidence. Along the way, we encountered a few unexpected challenges, and he handled each situation calmly and effectively, always keeping our best interests at the forefront. What truly set him apart was his deep knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods we were considering. His expertise helped us make informed decisions and ultimately find the right rental home for our familys needs. He was always available to answer questions, provide honest advice, and offer practical solutions. We never felt pressuredaEUR"only supported. His integrity, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering results made a potentially overwhelming process feel manageable and successful. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely cares about his clients, we highly recommend him. We couldnt be happier with the outcome and are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work.

Nick was absolutely awesome to work with! This market is so tough and we were nervous we wouldnt find the right home under our budget. We never felt pressured and always felt he was on our side, helping us to make the best/right decision. Nick was extremely responsive, always 24x7 answering our questions and doubts, he went above and beyond to advocate for us, and ended up helping us close on our dream home. Wed really recommend any person to work with Nick as he helped us to land in our forever home!!

I'd like to recognize Nick Casamassimo and his associates at the Casa Ott Group for the outstanding effort and results in selling my property. They provided excellent insight in working with the multiple offers generated via Open House(s) and promotion of my property. Nick and the Casa Ott Group demonstrated their abilities from the outset of their engagement. They brought the right people in for photos, provided an extremely enticing description of the property, and developed a flier that they had distributed locally and to potential buyers. I'd like to personally recommend their services to anyone - buyer or seller. Nick & the team are relentless and get you results. Bobm
