We didn?t exactly know what we were looking for?we were open to pretty much any neighborhood on the North or West Shore of Lake Tahoe, we were considering a small fixer upper, a move in ready house or a lot to build on. Our wish list was pretty much all over the place. Steph helped to educate us on the market, the different neighborhoods and the various potential or hazards to each property and financial scenario. We ultimately found an amazing lake view house in our price range that completely exceeded our expectations. Steph was savvy enough to get our offer accepted before we got into a multiple offer situation. She guided us through the transaction with skill and expertise, handing bumps in the road with grace and keeping our stress level and anxiety to a minimum.
