We were referred to Steph from some friends who, like us, recently purchased a second home in Truckee from the Bay Area. We found Steph to be an absolute gem to work with. She spent significant time with us educating us on the local neighborhoods, sending us homes which she believed fit our needs and, ultimately guiding us through a successful purchase. Not only does she understand the local market, she is a keen negotiator, identifies what is important in the process, and she makes referrals for local service needs with the home. Steph even attended several in escrow appts. which we could not attend due to shelter in place orders. I trusted her completely on every facet of our purchase. Shes fun, knowledgeable of the local market, worked with our preferences and was professional throughout. The purchase was the easiest real estate purchase I have ever done.
