Carpenter Realtors

DeAnna was fabulous. She handled things quickly and professionally each and every time. Follow up was great, as was communication. I've used lots of realtors and I'd say my experience with DeAnna surpassed all my previous interactions. Thanks so much.

DeAnna worked with us for over 2 years trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. She 100% actually cared about our purchase. She was a great advisor, provided us with any and all information we requested, and was extremely patient with us.

DeAnna was amazing throughout my experience with her. I was a first time home buyer and she held my hand throughout the home buying process. She was patient, knowledgeable, flexible, wasn't pushy to make a sale, and I felt like she truly had my best interest in mind. She answered all my questions honestly and helped put my mind at ease - I didn't feel like anything was being hidden from me. I travel a lot for work and wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, but knew I wanted to buy a house. DeAnna worked with my schedule and took me to a variety of properties to figure out what my likes and dislikes were, as well as what was important to me. From there she honed in on properties that were a match and helped me find an awesome home! She is a "cool" person and I know I can go to her in the future with any questions or concerns that I may have. I was extremely pleased with DeAnna's professionalism and I would definitely recommend her to others.

DeAnna did a great job finding us a house. We put her under a tight time frame and budget. She helped us with the whole process from start to finish and made sure we were comfortable with each decision we made. I would highly recommend DeAnna and plan on using her if we ever decide to move again.

DeAnna and her team did an AMAZING job helping us select a house within our budget, and being right there with us through the whole process! Anytime we had a question, they would find the answers very quickly. DeAnna guided us from beginning to the end and I would recommend her and her team for your home buying experience.
