Carolina One Real Estate Myrtle Beach Real Estate

Great person and service! Sam goes above and beyond for her clients. We've used her for multiple purchases and will remain with her for years to come. She's an expert in deal making and quickly recognizes an opportunity in the market.

Sam is a wonderful agent. She is conscientious, a fabulous negotiator and extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Myrtle Beach area. I have bought and sold many homes, and Sam is hands down the best realtor that I have ever worked with.

What truly sets her apart is how much she values relationships over transactions. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel supported every step of the way. Her work ethic is unmatched--she works tirelessly to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and she's always one step ahead. No matter the time or situation, she was available, and responsive. Communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept us informed with clear, timely updates, answered every question quickly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and truly invested in your success, I can't recommend her enough. She earned our trust and exceeded every expectation.

Sam helps us navigate a condo in the area we wanted.

Sam helped us purchase our primary residence in ocean isle beach and our secondary home in cherry grove! She negotiated fantastic deals for us on both and we couldn't be happier. She is the best agent and I recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the greater Myrtle beach area!
