Carolina One Real Estate

Stephanie was a jewel...she is very pleasant and professional and quickly responds to any calls or emails...she got our home sold with a minimum of time and trouble, the best listing agent I have ever had...I used to sell re myself and I know a good agent when I see one and stepanie was the best.

Stephanie helped us buy one property and sell another. She is the consummate professional. Before I retired I worked with countless realtors in my real estate development practice. Stephanie is the best. She is knowledgeable, prompt, detail oriented and is a great negotiator. When I need an agent in the future I will choose her.

Stephanie was an amazing help with our relocation to South Carolina.. She was so helpful from our emails and phone calls to when we came to visit to select a home she was there for every question, happily! We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Stephanie Wilson-Hartzog was wonderful to work with for our first home purchase. She worked hard in ensuring we found a home that was perfect for us. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy a home.

Stephanie is the consummate professional. She has all the top credentials because my highly credentialed real estate friend found her name in the highest level of realtors in the Charleston area. My husband and I were simply starting our search for properties on Daniel Island and Stephanie had several communications with us to discuss our wants and needs so she could tailor what we walked through very specifically. Her knowledge and preparation were beyond compare and her follow up as well. We would highly recommend Stephanie for any of your Charleston real estate needs. I must add her style is not pushy and she listened carefully to our needs instead of trying to ?sell? us.
