Carolina Mountain Sales

Jay did an amazing job marketing our home. He had it sold very quickly and we were able to get our asking price. The pictures were amazing and the listing was done in a timely manner. He took care of some last minute details at the house for us as we had already moved out of town. We highly recommend Jay for you next listing. Thanks Jay!The Michaels

Jay was fantastic to work with. I was relocated with my job and he worked very well with our relocation company. He was willing to drive all over Western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina to look at any property we requested. Our "home finding" trip through the relocation company was relatively short and Jay cleared his calendar to accommodate our schedule. He even drove an hour to South Carolina to do a video walkthrough for us!Jay did a great job negotiating on our behalf once we found a house. Unfortunately, the sellers were less than ideal to work with but Jay helped us work through that situation. There were numerous times the deal was about to fall through but he was there to right the ship. Jay and his wife, Amanda, are passionate about WNC and that certainly comes through in their knowledge of the area. I can't recommend his services enough.

As first-time home buyers, we were very thankful to have Jay as our agent. His qualities of expertise, integrity, and professionalism paired with compassion, empathy and patience really inspired confidence and made the entire process less overwhelming. He was a great advocate for us and had great communication regarding everything from the legal side to the ins and outs of the physical property. We would not hesitate to have Jay as our representative in the future and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional in western North Carolina!

Jay and his team were wonderful to work withaEUR|again! We have used Jay as both a buyers agent and a selling agent, and we werent disappointed on either side.Jay kept us updated on offers, inspections, and closing information, making the sale of our home an easy process. We would not hesitate to call him again if we need to purchase or sell a home.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Jay. Incredibly responsive to my many texts, calls and questions. Never tried to sell me on any particular property. Just gave me direct, honest opinions. He never got impatient with my indecision. He drove all over town to view houses on our behalf. This was a very big purchase for our family and Jay made it incredibly easy.
