Carolina Exclusives

Mary worked with us in multiple cities in Brunswick County from St James down to Sunset Beach and Calabash. Her due diligence is awesome and was aware of potential traffic pattern changes in the future that would effect some listings. We saw many properties that met our needs and wish list. No properties were not a possibility. We highly recommend Mary to anyone looking to the Brunswick County area.

Mary was extremely organized and helpful with all my questions. We were able to reach her easily and she responded very quickly. She spent as much time with us as needed when looking at homes. I never felt rushed. When we decided on a home to put an offer and she was very helpful through the entire process as well as closing. I would highly recommend.

Carol was amazing to work with! She was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely responsive, always professional and overall superb to work with. She guided us through the process from start to finish and always took as much time as we needed to be sure we understood the process, and answered all of our many questions!. She was especially excellent at communicating with us, which was fantastic since we were purchasing from out of state. From our first viewing of the house, to making an offer, to closing, she was with us every step of the way. She had all the right tools, from her knowledge, persistence and communication, to her positive, upbeat and contagious attitude! Not only did Carol make the process smooth and flawless, but she made it enjoyable and fun as well!! I cannot have imagined this process without her!

I spoke with Mrs. McBride several times over the course a month prior to planning a trip down to look at properties. Less than an hour before we were supposed to meet she comes up with some excuse on why she cant meet with my wife and I. She is dishonest and misleading She is unreliable do not use her!!!
