My partner and I were on Zillow looking for a new weekend home. We originally contacted Ryan in regards to a home in Livingston Manor and within minutes, Ryan got back to us. Ryan took the time to ask us many questions so he could be sure of the exact type of home we were looking for. Both Ryan & Carole Edwards are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the area so they can answer any questions you may have. Over the course of the week, we sent Ryan a list of homes that we wanted to see and set up a touring date for that upcoming Saturday. Ryan let us know that he had a prior engagement but his associate Carole would be giving us the tour. Wouldn't you know it, there was a snow storm that day!! That didn't stop Carole, she told us if we were up to it she would still take us around. We looked at several homes that day and like I stated earlier, Carole knew everything about the area! We were lucky enough to find our dream weekend home that day! Carole handled everything from start to finish, there were a couple of bumps in the road but she fought for us and made sure that we got what we wanted. I must add that Ryan was always there if we needed him too. My partner and I felt confident with this team behind us. We feel that have made some new friends in the Edwards team and can't wait to have them visit after our renovations are complete. If you are looking for a realtor team that is honest, professional, trustworthy, reliable and caring (just to name a few of their qualities), the Edwards Realty team is the way to go!
