Capital Realty Group River Region

We cannot recommend Jennifer Hunt highly enough! We have purchased two homes and sold one with her, and every experience has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched, and her connections throughout the area make all the difference during the buying and selling process. She is incredibly responsive, honest, and always takes the time to answer questions and guide us through every step. Weve referred several friends and family members to her over the years, and every one of them has had a great experience as well. If we ever decide to buy or sell again, she will be our very first phone call. We are so grateful for everything she has done for our family and would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor!

Working with Tammitha has been a great experience, especially as someone new to real estate investing. She guided me through the process of purchasing my first investment property and made everything feel much more manageable. What really stands out is her willingness to take the time to discuss different options and offer thoughtful advice. I never feel rushed or pressured, and shes always open to answering questions and helping me think through decisions. Now that she also manages the property, its been even more reassuring knowing everything is in good hands. I appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and overall support. Id definitely recommend her to anyone!

Jennifer was so kind and eager to work with me on selling my house. She is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend her if youre buying or selling your home. She will work with you and take care of getting everything done professionally!!! Give her a call!!!

Jennifer went beyond the call of duty to help sell my home. She has an incredible network to help with everything from roofing to financing. She is an incredible realtor.

Tammitha has been great in all aspects of selling and finding my house. She also is in with property management and stays on top of any updates that may need to be performed.
