Several months before we knew that we would be listing our home of 24 years and moving out of state, there was an email from Capital Realty and James Garcia offering to do a market analysis on our home. I saved the email in case we might need it.It was in early July that I received a followup and we decided to call for him to do the analysis. I am glad that we did. In August we listed the house, moved to Washington and left it is his hands. Within a few days we had an offer for $2000.00 over asking that we accepted. However, when we left, that were still several things that needed to be completed and we needed someone to monitor the progress. James did just that, calling and texting us for information, permission and letting us know what was needed and what was done.The closing was in mid-November and our mortgage is "Paid in Full" for the first time in many years. Thanks to James it was done in spite of the fact that we are about 1300 miles absent from Imperial and trying to complete paperwork via email (Docusign.com) and phone calls.James is an agent/broker that is trustworthy who became a friend. I did not want to use a friend to sell the house but ended up with one. I, we, cannot speak highly enough for this man, his professionalism, knowledge, counsel and courtesy in dealing with his clients and with the buying agents.Thanks for the service that you provide.Rev.
