Cape Fear Realty Group

Dylan is the best agent around! He worked to find me the perfect home all while I was living 850 miles away! He did remote videos with me and provided me with so many options. Dylan was always available to talk and responded promptly to all of my messages. He worked hard to get me the best deal on my home as well as get my closing done promptly. He is professional and friendly. I know he will provide you with the attention and time you need to find your perfect home too!

Dylan is the best! We couldnt have asked for a better realtor! He was incredibly patient, showed us around 20+ homes, and never made us feel rushed. He answered every question thoroughly and made the entire home-buying process so much less stressful. His knowledge, honesty, and dedication really stood out, and its clear he genuinely cares about his clients. Were so thankful for all of his hard work in helping us find our home. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Dylan is an incredibly kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious real estate agent. He has always gone above and beyond for me and continues to be an excellent resource. I highly recommend him!

We sold and purchased a home with Dylan last September and had nothing short of an exceptional experience from start to finish. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable throughout both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. He answered every question we had (and there were a lot!) and kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop and always knew what to expect next. Were so thankful for his guidance and would highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

If you want an agent who cares more about finding your perfect home than making commission, go with Dylan and Elisa at Cape Fear Realty! Dylan really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and was willing to look at as many houses as it took to find our new home. Both Dylan and Elisa know the Wilmington area very well, which was invaluable because we were relocating. They were both very quick to answer our calls and texts, but Dylan gets the award for getting the fastest response from our lender and the seller's realtors. Everything went smoothly, they took care of scheduling our inspections and appraisals and we closed in less than 30 days! From day one, it felt like they were buying a home with us, not just trying to sell us a house.
