Cantrell Real Estate

Amanda was so amazing to work with. The sell of our house and the buy of our new house took a while but she was patient and helpful throughout the entire thing! We will forever appreciate her willingness to continue throughout a long process and all of her hard work.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. If I could give her more stars for responsiveness I would! She was the best! And she he always communicated with professionalism and courtesy. She is very knowledgeable and always did her best to help us through the process. I highly recommend Amanda and would trust her with any property purchase!

It was our first time purchasing a house. We had spoken with a few different realtors which left us feeling overwhelmed and more alone than when we had been looking alone. When we met Debbie it felt like a perfect match. We didnt feel the same care with other realtors than we felt with Debbie. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped our kids feel like they were a part of this large purchase. She helped us see what the space could be as our own and showed us details we hadnt noticed on our own. Every step of the way she answered questions promptly, no matter how small or silly they felt. Truly so very grateful for Debbie and if we ever need to sell or buy again, we will absolutely be coming back.

We had a great experience selling our house in Republic with Amanda! She was timely and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made herself available when we needed. We highly recommend Amanda for a great buying and selling experience.

Working with Mary Michelles sister is fantastic, Five stars are not enough to describe Mary Hunt. She is relentless when it comes to making a deal happen. I have done several deals with Mary and she is the best realtor in Springfield without question. I would not trust anyone else.
