Dan was my RE agent to sell my mothers condo in CT while I live in LA, so other than an initial interview/meeting with Dan all out communications was my E-mail or phone. Dan did several things that were over and above what was required of an RE agent that made my life much easier since I was not in CT to take care of several matters that needed to be resolved. Dan was very easy to work with and he kept me well informed of what was happening. I highly recommend Dan as an RE agent.
