Sarah has been great!!!! My brother purchased the home at 4265 Bert Crane Rd., Atwater, CA, 95301, for me. Sarah took care of a lot of the details on the house purchase for my brother long distance, because he lives in Benicia. I really appreciate everything she has done for us, even after the purchase was final, to get the place ready for me to move in.

Sarah goes above and beyond what is needed. Always answered her phone each time I called. She explained the process with such detail and assurance that it was a stress free experience. Sarah is simply the best! Upon first meeting her and seeing houses we noticed she wasn't pushy at all. On top of that, she was very patient. She casually showed us all the houses we wanted, on a Sunday mind you, without asking any personal questions such as our price range or expected date of move in. Along the way we had an extremely bumpy escrow window and almost lost the house, twice. NOT Sarah's fault; it was because of Bank of America. Anyway she handled the seller and listing agent's concerns professionally and it is all thanks to her we actually closed on the house!
