Cabrillo Realty handled the sale of my rental unit where, during the buyers inspection, a water leak was detected. Andrew coordinated and communicated between the contractors, HOA and buyers to expedite the repairs and ensure we remained in escrow. I'm not sure we would have completed the sale if it wasnt for Andrew. I highly recommend the Cabrillo group as they are present and on it when you may need them the most.
