Erin took great care of us. She responded quickly to texts or calls and provided us with useful insights into the Colorado market since we were moving from out of state. She fought for us, coordinated with trusted vendors so we could be confident the work was actually being done correctly, and somehow managed to get everything taken care of with essentially an overnight turnaround so we didn't even have to delay closing. Watching her navigate that situation was honestly incredible. She knew when to push, what needed to happen, and how to get it done. Even after closing, Erin makes an effort to maintain relationships with her clients through customer appreciation events and her community. We haven't been able to attend one yet, but it means a lot knowing that the relationship didn't simply end when we got the keys.
