It was such a pleasure working with Lindsay Chacon as our Agent in the sale of our home in Fort Collins. She was very efficient and stayed on top of every little detail. She is very personable and cares about her clients. We highly recommend Lindsay.

We have loved working with Lindsay Chacon! She always had our best interest in mind and worked hard to sell our home! Lindsay took the time to show us several homes, sell our home and purchase another one all within our schedule. This is the second time we have worked through this whole process with Lindsay, and we would do it again, if we ever move again. With her expertise in the housing market we knew we could trust her and she didn't prove us wrong. We are so happy with the help and support she gave us as we went through this process. Thanks Lindsay!!

Lindsay was terrific. She made the process nearly effortless for us and much less stressful than we had anticipated. She was very prompt in all communications and made us feel like her only clients. She helped arrange carpeting, cleaning, staging and coordinated all other negotiations very quickly. The house sold within just a few days and we were closed in less than two weeks. I would highly recommend Lindsay.

Lindsay was a wonderful agent. She helped us purchase our new home and we couldn?t have been happier with her. She is knowledgeable and on top of everything! I highly recommend Lindsay for any of your home buying and selling needs!!

Lindsay was wonderful to work with and we would not have found our home without her experience. She has excellent communication skills and promptly answered our many questions throughout the process. She has strong initiative to understand what her clients are looking for and and to get it done. We would highly recommend Lindsay!
