We are from out of country so we had limited knowledge of the process of purchasing real estate in the US. Sydney did an excellent job of working with us and helping us understand this but most importantly when I called with a question, or simply wanted to discuss things she either answered the phone or got back to me in a very timely manner no matter the time of day, weekends included. She also had a network of professionals to assist with things such as the inspection, title company, services, ect. My experience with Syd was nothing but positive.

She was an invaluable resource getting everything an out of town hesitant buyer would need or ask for to make them comfortable and help close the deal. When I was looking for unimproved land to purchase, I called dozens of real estate offices in Washington and Idaho. I needed the assessor's parcel numbers for various listings, so that I could look up the various lots on the respective county GIS maps. Every other agent I spoke with gave me the parcel number for their listing and hung up. Sydney, on the other hand, helped me with every parcel number on my list, even though a majority of the listings were not with her office. That was why I chose to use her as my agent. Similarly, a lot of real estate agents do not want to even bother with unimproved land purchases, due to the lower compensation, but Sydney graciously went above and beyond to facilitate my transaction while I was out of state during escrow.
