Sandy McCloud and Shirley Sessions have been absolutely outstanding realtors to work with, they are personable and professional. They helped through the process of buying and selling our first house. They even helped us through the process of buying our second house when we relocated across the country! They are wonderful with children and have lots of patience (we know because we tested it). Their outright honesty and genuine southern charm coupled with their knowledge will help you get through these stressful periods. They work hard for you and get you answers when you need them and the right advice when it comes to those difficult decisions on offers and counter-offers. They look out for you and help guide you to the right kind of transaction dependent on your personal situation (which a lot of realtors will not do because they are looking for the quick money). When it came to buying they know how to get you that house in your price range, and when it comes time to sell they really get your property out there and will be in your corner during the process. They went the extra mile for us when we needed them the most to look over contract items when we bought our second house. That kind of customer services is hard to come buy these days and I can say how important that is... it's called friendship.
