C21 Charles Smith Agency

There truly arent enough words to express how grateful I am to Peggy. Selling my uncles home was my first real estate transaction, and I had no idea where to begin. On top of that, I live in New York, making it difficult to travel back and forth to New Jersey to handle everything. Peggy was there every step of the way. She patiently answered every question, explained the process clearly, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond to help with countless details I couldnt manage myself. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience became manageable because of her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I always felt she had my best interests at heart. I truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor, and I will always be grateful for everything she did. I recommend Peggy wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients.

Peggy is absolutely the best! She is knowledgable and trustworthy professional who understands your needs and means, and who will work hard for you untill you get what you really want. She is always a text or a call away, prompt and thorough to response to any questions or give an advise. Her open and radiant personality made it an absolute pleasure to work with and Im looking forward to reach out to Peggy for my next move. Thank you Peggy - I will be forever grateful for your genuine help in finding a home for me and my girls!

Kaitlyn is simply the best, made buying a home the most stress free and smooth process. She really cares about her clients and isn't just looking to sell you a house but to find you the perfect home. Can't say enough how amazing our experience was with her, highly recommend.

Ryan is the best! He truly went above and beyond, handling everything and making the process of selling my house stress free! Ryan was always in touch with us whether it was a phone conversation, text, email or in person. Ryan is the number 1 realtor and will continue to HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Peggy was a true pleasure to work with. She knew what to listen to our house at, when to list it and how to market it. We had multiple offers within days. I would highly recommend her as your realtor.
