Chavez was great to work with. When unexpected things came up (which they always do) he was overly responsive and figured out the best remediation. I would highly recommend him to others. The day before the closing the buyers noticed a leak by the fireplace. Charvez was able to work with local contractors and get the fix turned around in days and the closing happened less than a week later.

Chaverz is doing very good in total process. He always replied in very short time and find different ways to complete the buying process even though there are some problems happened. So that I can complete buy process within a short time even if I am a foreign buyer and face many difficulties. He is very good broker in this area!
