5 stars,without a doubt !!! my wife and i moved to Montrose from Denver,we closed November 2021. we went through 2 real estate agents before we found Brian. Finally,we thought,finally someone we could put our trust in!!! We fought,laugh,and cried throughout this GIGANTIC experience , untill Brian found a house and property WE LOVE!!!! we are experiencing the best days of our lives living here in Montrose . I was originally drawn to Brian by the fact, aside from your normal agents, he is a broker and an appraiser as well. Brian lays out in clear terms the value of a house. And why you should or shouldn't buy a property. He is easy to work with knows the market extremely well. Always responsive to to calls and questions. Don't ever retire Bryan for if I ever need to sell or buy again you will be first person I call.

A little over two years ago we met Brian while looking for a home and he actually help us to find one. Due to unfortunate circumstances I required his Services again because he did a fantastic job when we bought the house.
