Bunny Terry Real Estate LLC

Bunny was incredible selling my house 8 years ago - from helping me stage the house to the closing. When I decided to move back to Santa Fe she was the person I contacted immediately. She is so knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process...actually went above and beyond with contacts for inspections, repairs, what I should be paying per square foot...She worked for me and I love my new home! I can't say enough good about Bunny!

Looking for a home from across the country is always a daunting task but Bunny Terry and her fantastic team helped us over all of the hurdles to make the purchase of our new home go much smoother. It had also been almost 20 years since we bought a home, so we were a little rusty with the whole process. Fortunately we were able to do almost everything virtually. Bunnys team even facilitated opening up the house for some work that needed to be addressed before we moved in. It was a pleasure working with such a friendly and professional team and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bunny, Andrea, and Johanna!

I recently referred one of my clients to Bunny Terry in Santa Fe to help sell a family property, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Bunny handled everything with kindness, professionalism, warmth, and great communication. My client told me that Bunny did a beautiful job--and I completely believe it. Bunny and her team kept us in the loop the entire way, always quick to respond and genuinely collaborative. It made what could have been a stressful, emotional process for my client, feel calm and well-managed. If you're looking for someone in Santa Fe who knows the market, genuinely cares about her clients and communicates clearly, Bunny Terry is the one you want in your corner. -- Michael Moore, Compass Real Estate (Washington, DC)

Best realtor in Santa Fe!

Johanna and Bunny are simply the best! Their communication was always fast, caring, and personalaEUR"they truly took the time to connect with us. They did an incredible job marketing our home, and it sold in just 9 days! They also helped us find our dream home. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly patient, never made us feel pressured, and always had our best interests at heart. We had a very tight budget, which is especially challenging in the Santa Fe market, but they made it happen. We couldnt be happier with our experience and highly recommend Johanna and Bunny to anyone buying or selling a home!
