We never anticipated that the process of selling a home could be so quick. We started talking to Kim about selling our home on May 15 and closed the sale on June 7. Within a day of listing, Kim had a showing scheduled. In the first week of listing, the home was showed 4 to 6 times. So many and so fast, I didn't keep track of them.
