Brokerworks Group

A big shout out to Sarah Gore's, our rockstar, realtor. Sarah signed on for the job and took it over with precision, next level marketing and a successful sale. Sarah is a realtor you aren't working for you if you are buying or selling a new property. We strongly recommend you considering Sarah for the job! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Sarah, for your professionalism and a successful sale!

Mark was great to work with. He was available to answer questions and he returned our phone calls promptly. He offered advice through out the whole process before, after listing the house for sale and closing. He contacted people before our house listing went active and set up an open house. The buyer of our house came out of those contacts. He helped make a stressful process of selling a house much more pleasant.

As a first-time home buyer in Hobart, Indiana, I was nervous about the process, but Andrew Knies made everything simple and stress-free. His team helped me find and qualify for down payment assistance programs that allowed me to purchase my home without bringing money to closing. Throughout the entire transaction, Andrew was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. The process was seamless from start to finish, and I always felt like he had my best interests in mind. If youre looking for a real estate agent in Hobart, Indiana, especially as a first-time home buyer, I highly recommend Andrew Knies and Brokerworks Real Estate Group. His knowledge of the local market and home buying programs made all the difference for me.

Sarah was very detailed and her marketing was next level! She goes above and beyond, highly recommend her for your next sale or purchase of a home!

Mark is an exceptional realtor. We have dealt with multiple other realtors in our past with our own house and with family/friends buying houses, and Mark is by far the best. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and organized. When Mark is your realtor, you know that you are in good hands and that everything will go smoothly. He is everything that you want in a realtor and more. Thank you Mark!
