Gretchen helped me both buy and sell a home, and she was outstanding every step of the way. Shes knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients. When buying, she listened carefully to my needs and made the process smooth and stress-free. When selling, her strategy, advice, and marketing helped me get a great offer quickly. Gretchen is professional, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

She was very helpful throughout the whole buying process. She was very responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns about the house. She was very honest while looking at houses and did not try to sell us on anything we were unsure about.

Gretchen was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, available and consistently provided guidance and solid advice. I would recommend utilizing her expertise in any type of real estate need. I could not have maneuvered this process without her!

Gretchen did an amazing job! She sold our condo in ONE day! From that point forward, Gretchen kept focused and helped us find our perfect home! We had some hurdles in the process, but she navigated them professionally and quickly. We recommend Gretchen to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a home!

Gretchen was described as a Rolodex of information and just as reliable. It was so, and we are very pleased with her responsiveness and personal attention. She was ready to do whatever it took to help and to get the property sold.
