Brokers Real Estate Inc.

I found Caven Risk and his staff very professional and in tune with my needs. My house was sold and Caven took care of all my real estate questions and concerns in timely manner! He has my sincere thanks and appreciation.

We tried two different agents, before contacting Caven. He had already completed his homework before our first meeting, had the comparable value right on, but most importantly Caven told us exactly what we needed to do to our house to make it marketable. We started the changes immediately, and Caven brought many potential buyers, with several offers very quickly. Caven coached us through the negotiations, and unlike our previous efforts, we had a contract with a price that was very near to what we expected. I would like to add that Cavens office staff were excellent also, always keeping us informed, handling appointments professionally, and getting answers to all our questions in a timely manner. My wife and I would definitely recommend Caven, and his team to anyone serious about selling their property. Martin and Audrey Hill

Caven is very knowledgeable about the local market and was a pleasure to work with throughout our purchase. He was instrumental in a seamless closing without us having to attend.

Had my home list with another relator for two years and they just wanted me to keep lowing my asking price. Signed up with Caven and he sold my house with in a few months. My girlfriend did the same thing with her home and Caven got rented and then got sold within months after the renters moved.

Respectful, timely with all questions and requests. Very professional at all times with good information regarding procedure and real estate laws. Office staff is professional and gracious as well. Would use Brokers Realty again and give strong recommendation, We feel Mr. Risk goes beyond normal service provided by other local realtors.
