We relied heavily on Catherine's knowledge of Real Estate in the area. She listened very carefully to determine exactly what we were looking for an then helped us find the perfect property for us. Since we are from Ohio, her knowledge of the outer banks real estate market was really helpful. Also, the process of buying in NC is slightly different than what we were used to and Catherine walked us through every step. I quite honestly have never worked with a more qualified Realtor anywhere. I always felt like she was on our side trying to get what we wanted and looking out for our best interests. She was always available to provide whatever information we needed, even through tough and busy times for herself personally. We became aware of Catherine from an online search for our dream beach home in the Outer Banks. We are from Pennsylvania and will be moving to NC for our retirement in 2016. Catherine began by getting to know us and sending us frequent home options. When we traveled to NC for vacations she arranged for home visits. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything necessary to buy a second home while living in another state. She referred us to excellent resources from lawyers, mortgage companies, appraisers, inspectors, banks, even where to buy furniture, where to eat and who can mow our grass! She was available to us 24 hours a day and seven days a week. She assisted us in every step of the home buying process as this was our first home buying experience. She was our communication with the sellers and she gave us sound advice. I would highly recommend her. She found us our dream home and continues now as a friend and neighbor. She facilitated everything even including our three sons in visiting the property. We are continuing to work with her to purchase an additional piece of ground attached to the home. She is a professional realtor with family values!
