Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty

This is the second home we've bought with Rachel, and we'll be clients for life. She works incredibly hard, and her process is detailed and thorough from start to finish. She has a strong support team behind her, and together they make everything feel seamless. Rachel negotiates hard for her clients. We always felt like she was fighting for us. She's also easy to work with and well respected in the realtor community, which made a real difference in our transactions. I can't recommend her highly enough. Rachel and her team are phenomenal!

I've only worked with a few realtors, but I have a hard time believing anyone is more dedicated to their clients than Rachel. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable on every facet of buying and selling a home, both as to specific transactional details and macro level market dynamics that may affect your home sale/purchase. Rachel helped us buy and sell our first home, buy our second home, and if we need her for anything in the future, she'll be the first to know! If you want someone in your corner that never misses an important detail, and will go above and beyond to take care of you through what can often be a stressful process, Rachel should be your first (and last!) call. My wife and I do not have enough good things to say about Rachel and recommend her to everyone we know!

We had something very specific in mind when we started our home search (a renovation project that made financial sense in a great area) and Rachel was incredible at helping us find exactly that. Shes a true go-getter and very proactive. For us, she leveraged her network to uncover a fantastic off-market opportunity. She goes above and beyond, makes the entire process feel easier, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for her clients. If youre looking for a realtor who is driven, hardworking, and committed to getting the job done, Rachel is your girl! We loved working with her and will absolutely be using her again for our next home!

We are first time home buyers. Rachel and Fran were SO helpful, patient, and kind during our home search. We asked so many questions and they were always so quick with responses and so happy to help us. We LOVE our new home and will be using this team again in the future.

Rachel was amazing to work with as first time home buyers! She helped us find a house in our budget in a location that we had not even considered. She made sure that we negotiated for the important things that came up in the inspection process so that we were getting the most value for our money. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable! I look forward to using her again!
