My first meeting with Steve and Sandra closed the deal and set my expectations for a professional outcome. Their understanding of Seattle neighborhoods and social networks plus traditional marketing relaxed my anxiety totally. The other professionals involved in staging, photographing and publishing all the printed materials rounded out the team. We met Sandra at an open house she was hosting over 15 years ago. When we decided to sell our own house after 33 years of ownership, we called her and Steve. They made the overwhelming and daunting sale of our house as easy as could be expected. Sandra and Steve helped prioritize the tasks that needed to be done prior to putting the house on the market. We really appreciated their recommendation to obtain a house inspection and sewer scope, so as to avoid any surprises during the sale. This provided us with peace of mind knowing what needed to be fixed and what needed to be disclosed. Once the house was on the market, their marketing was excellent with extensive online exposure and open houses done on the Saturday and Sunday following the house being put on the market. Being a team of two realtors meant that we were always able to easily contact one or both of them whenever a question arose. Once we went under contract, Sandra and Steve were great advocates for us and made the closing process seamless. We will be using Sandra and Steve to sell another property next year. We highly recommend them as they are extremely experienced and seasoned in the real estate world.
