Mr. Duffy was a true find. My husband and I were relocating from Philadelphia and had a relatively short window in which to find a house in the Grand Junction area. He was responsive, personable, has a quick wit, and clearly knows the area very well. When we were discussing the pros and cons of a particular property he stood back and did not interject, and when we hoped for his input he came forward and provided it succinctly. aEURoeAlacrityaEUR? is a word that comes to mind, and Mr. Duffy is clearly well-informed with respect to styles of architecture, square footage, heating and cooling systems, irrigation or lack thereof; in him we had a discerning peer rather than an agent driven by the prospect of a commission.
