Shellie and Sandy did an excellent job throughout the entire process of buying and selling. I did my research and found her on Zillow. Based on her review history and experience I decided to move forward with her team for both the sale of my house, and the purchase of a new home. Her colleague Sandy did a great job helping us find and purchase a new home. Her experience and familiarity with the area we were looking in really helped us find our dream home. Highly professional, patient, always prompt to return calls, and happy to take us out on numerous viewings. She did a great job pointing out pros and cons of each property we viewed, and was really an asset to the process.After moving on to the sale of our existing home, Shellie stepped in and did a great job. She is a real problem solver and made the whole process easy on us. I wasnt sure how long it might take for our house to sell, given that it was an older home. From the beginning Shellie said she had a good feeling about the house and she predicted that it would likely sell within a few months. 24-48 hours after we started the process she had the home listed on all of the listing services. The professional photographer and printed promotional flyers she created for our potential buyers was also a nice touch. After a few twists and turns, we ended up accepting an offer within only a couple of months of being on the market. If you want a high energy Realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at navigating you through the process, then I would highly recommend Shellie and her entire team!
