Brandon assisted me with a project I was not overly motivated to get done as it had it complications and was a property that had been in my family for over 70 years. But, it was time to release it to a new owner and Brandon made the process easy, timely and relatively quick once we got the property and home on the market. I recently used Bradon King as my realtor to sell a condo at the Civic in Portland. I could not be happier with Brandon and his service. Brandon not only hit all my expectations but also exceeded them on various levels. Rather buying a home or selling a home, choosing a relator is often a bigger decision than we realize. I have bought or sold several properties throughout my life, hopefully things done go south, but if they do, is when you experience the difference between a realtor versus a professional. Brandon is a true professional. Below is my review of Brandon from my experience. 1. Knowledge and Expertise: Brandon understands the Portland market. He advised me on where to price things at to get sale. I even suggested that we go less than he thought we should go out at, but he suggested and executed a higher price. He also knew contractors for minor fixed that needed to be done. This was key, since he had the relationship with them to be able to get on their schedule in a short amount of time, allowing us to keep on schedule. 2. Communication Skills: Brandon was excellent at communication and follow through. He was able to keep me informed of issues without overwhelming me with issues. He also was pro-active in communicating and problem solving and finding solutions when things needed it. 3. Trustworthiness and Integrity: 100% trust Brandon and his integrity. Brandon took care of things for me and would send me the bill. He provided receipts and was very reasonable with prices or items he picked. I took a aEURoehands offaEUR? approach and asked Brandon to aEURoeTake care of itaEUR? and aEURoeget it soldaEUR? which he did. I actually ended up in a better spot than I expected and 100% contribute this to Bradon and being able to trust him. I would highly recommend Brandon on your next transaction. There are 1000s of realtors and everyone has a friend of a friend or someone they know who they can recommend to you. I would suggest not using someone you know or who was recommended to you. Business is business. Regardless on which side of the transaction you are on, this is business and with real dollars at risk. I would recommend using a professional who has experience and relationships he/she can leverage to get things done. Relators are a dime a dozen, but real professionals are hard to fine, but Brandon is one of them.

Brandon was excellent. He was always available and flexible as our attempt to buy a home in Saint Helens did not go the way we had planned. In the end he helped us get a house we really love. He made the effort to find a lot of information we needed to know before he helped us make a strong offer on the house we eventually purchased. My wife and I would not hesistate to recommend Brandon to be their realtor for the buying or selling of a home.

Brandon was great in every way. He was able to answer any questions that I had in great detail, always followed up when it was asked of him, always gave the truth in its entirety without hiding anything. He is great as a person and you couldn't ask for a better real estate agent or loan officer.
